We received a huge pumpkin from our friends Kris and Kristien, and decided to make pumpkin soup with it. In the end we ended up with 6 litres of Pumpkin Soup ! I guess we'll have to freeze some of it :) Here is Claudia's recipe for 6 litres: Currie… more »
